Service Description

Conveniently in your own home, using the free & secure Telehealth platform Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email containing your secure link. Simply click at the appointed time to see and speak your therapist. We recommend use of a PC or laptop but the service will also work with current smart phones. Please ensure you have a quiet & private environment. We recommend headphones. Please note, a booking fee of $30 is a payable immediately and will be credited against your full fee payable on the day. The booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to appointment. For Concession Card holders please select the "Online Concession Counselling" $80 option.
